Not sure what an epiphyte is?

Epiphytes are plants that grow on other plants or surfaces (like trees or rocks) instead of in soil—think ferns, orchids, anthuriums etc. They take in moisture and nutrients from the air, making them some of the most fascinating plants to grow and display.

In this hands-on class, you’ll choose your own Anthurium and a piece of natural driftwood, then learn how to mount your plant and decorate it with Spanish moss for a beautiful, living work of art. You’ll also learn about Anthurium care, mounting techniques, and how to keep your creation thriving. The techniques you learn in this class can also be used for future projects, like mounting that staghorn fern you have at home!

WHEN: Tuesday Nov 18 @ 3-4:30pm

WHERE: Upstairs in our event space

COST: $55 (Non-refundable) Fee covers the cost for instruction and all materials needed. Plus attendees will take home a mister for their new masterpiece.
